Fun Girl Dance Company & School opened in September of 2018 under the direction of Chloé Gray. We are dedicated to providing affordable community dance education and professional artistic works in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Our education curriculum centers compassion, artistic freedom, and empowerment for dancers of all backgrounds. Through our professional company, we have produced several dance films and live performances since our founding. Thematically our works are visibly queer, culturally affirming, and most importantly FUN!

“My work is a celebration of the bold, the beautiful, and the unapologetically femme. I am a queer artist rooted in Levantine culture, and through dance, I create spaces where vibrancy, strength, and emotion collide. I want my audience to feel every beat, every movement—whether it’s the catharsis of a defiant, vengeful gesture or the pure joy of losing yourself in a rhythm that is impossible to resist.”
